As we say goodbye to the summer and hello to the Fall we thought it would be an opportune time to update you on events at Hollis Yoga!
The schedule has been updated for September, but please keep your eyes peeled for class additions and workshops beginning in October. These include some faster paced Vinyasa Flow classes, and I am also excited to announce that the studio will be welcoming Barre to the timetable. Dates for this are to follow.
We are sad to say goodbye to Lynn who is going on to explore different avenues of her yogic journey, she will be missed but we hope to still see her at the studio. Please join me in wishing her all the best.
Saturday classes are currently on hold but will be resumed in October.
In place of these on Sunday 18th September, and the 25th September, Sapna will be leading a Sunday Social class, with a drop in rate of $6 per person.
We are also thrilled to welcome Chelsea to Hollis Yoga! Chelsea received her 200hr certification in Bali and has travelled the world teaching yoga. We are blessed to have her as part of our team and can’t wait to enjoy the energy she will bring to the studio! Chelsea will begin by leading the Sunrise Flow class on Thursdays at 6am. This class is all levels and will link postures together through a graceful and energetic flow, awakening your body and filling you with positive energy as you begin your day!
The official handover of the studio takes place on 1st October and we thank you for your patience during this time.
