Class Changes
Beginning the week of June 2nd
- Monday Beginner class (5:00-6:15pm) will be led once again by Doris (much thanks to Sheila for filling-in during my work schedule crunch!!)
- Thursday All-Levels class (5-6:30pm) is being discontinued.
We want to issue a sincere THANK-YOU to Steve for extending his time, love and authenticity to us. Steve has decided to align his full energies to his business and family for now, and has promised not to be a stranger to the studio!!!

The emphasis of pilates is toning & strengthening the midsection as well as balancing opposing muscles of the torso and the limbs. Pilates, like yoga, is a mind-body exercise
which can yield better overall health.
"All Levels " Yoga Class
- Led by: Doris Grillo, Certified Yoga Instructor
- Thursdays 7:00pm - 8:30pm
Combined dynamic breath and slow flowing movement — focus on alignment, strength and flexibility in a warm and nurturing environment — Set temperature of 80 degrees, for added detox benefit.
