Taking beginners yoga one step beyond so that we can be the best we can in body, mind and spirit, this class is specially designed for those who want to understand their bodies, learn more about how to relieve stress and gain a deeper understanding of nutrition and how our metabolism actually works. It is beginners yoga with a little more.
