Doris Grillo

Doris Grillo is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and owner of Hollis Yoga. She trained with Todd Norian in the Anusara-style and most recently with the Himalayan Institute's 500 hour Advanced Hatha Yoga program in Allahabad, India. Doris holds a B.A. in Marketing and Business Studies from the Southern New Hampshire University, and when not working or taking pleasure in her yoga practice, she enjoys relaxing with family and friends. doris@hollisyoga.com

Hanna Di Stefano, RYT

Hanna has been practicing yoga and meditation for more than 30 years. She is a certified Kripalu and Kundalini yoga teacher and a member of IKYTA, KYTA, the Yoga Alliance, and the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Paula L. Greene

Paula brings her enthusiasm and love for movement exploration to her classes. Dancing since she was two years old, Paula has devoted her life to learning and working with functional anatomy. She holds a BA in Dance, Elementary Education and Acting/Directing. She is certified in Kripalu and prenatal yoga. For over 7 years Paula has taught yoga in gyms, businesses and yoga studios throughout the Nashua area. The newest passion in Paula's life is being a full time mom to two beautiful children. Sheila Walsh

Sheila's most grateful for the opportunity to share her passion and boundless enthusiasm of yoga and the gifts it has to offer. Sheila's aim is to inspire students to engage in their own healing resources so they can experience and sustain a sense of fullness, freedom, and well-being in their yoga practice and in their daily life. Her journey and desire to facilitate others to heal and reconnect with themselves in a positive way has lead to the study and practice of Thai Yoga Massage. The energy that Sheila bring to clients is through a compassionate hands-on-healing technique which stimulates the body's natural healing ability and facilitates growth and self-awareness. She is an RYT; completed and intensive study in Ashtanga Yoga with David Swenson; completed a Thai Yoga Massage study Level 1-4 with the New England School of Thai Yoga; and is currently studying the Anusara Yoga method with Todd Norian. Liz Bala

Liz Bala has studied and practiced Pilates for the past eight years in studios throughout Vermont and Massachusetts. She is trained in the STOTT PILATES method, and has completed her training in Matwork exercises (levels beginner, intermediate, and advanced). Additionally Liz has completed 'Injuries and Special Populations' training through STOTT PILATES. Besides teaching Pilates, Liz works part-time as a teacher for students diagnosed with a variety of special needs. She received her M.Ed in Intensive Special Needs from Boston College. Eduardo Martinez

Eduardo Martínez is a certified T'ai Chi Chih instructor, which he has been practicing and teaching for the past 15 years. With an extensive background in martial arts and Chi Kung, he currently focuses on teaching the slow, meditative and health-promoting movements of T'ai Chi. Eduardo holds a B.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering with post-graduate studies in the fields of artificial intelligence, music, psychology and counseling. "My life focus now, though, is to compose and play music, which is a way of manifesting harmony and unity."

Anjali

Anjali Longan

Anjali discovered an instant love of yoga a few years ago. She completed her hatha yoga training at the Himalayan Institute, Allahabad, India. She has continued her study of yoga with a one month stay at an Ashram in India and training in the Ashtanga and Anusara styles among others. Because of her wide interest in all aspects of yoga she likes to call her classes eclectic yoga. "Each class is new and different, Panta Rei, everything flows and my classes evolve accordingly." She enjoys working with students of all ages and abilities including students with disabilities. She has a wonderful husband and a daughter who are both supportive of her pursuit of yoga.
