Doris Grillo

Doris Grillo is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and owner of Hollis Yoga. She trained with Todd Norian in the Anusara-style and also completed the Himalayan Institute's 500 hour Advanced Hatha Yoga program in Allahabad, India. Doris holds a B.A. in Marketing and Business Studies from the Southern New Hampshire University, and when not working or taking pleasure in her yoga practice, she enjoys relaxing with family and friends. doris@hollisyoga.com

Hanna Di Stefano, RYT

Hanna has been practicing yoga and meditation for more than 35 years. She is a certified Kripalu and Kundalini yoga teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She is currently studying yoga and yoga philosophy in the holistic tradition of Sri T. Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar in New York. Liz Bala

Liz Bala has studied and practiced Pilates for the past eight years in studios throughout Vermont and Massachusetts. She is trained in the STOTT PILATES method, and has completed her training in Matwork exercises (levels beginner, intermediate, and advanced). Additionally Liz has completed 'Injuries and Special Populations' training through STOTT PILATES. Besides teaching Pilates, Liz works part-time as a teacher for students diagnosed with a variety of special needs. She received her M.Ed in Intensive Special Needs from Boston College. Anjali Longan

Anjali has been practicing yoga and meditation for the past nine years. She completed her Hatha Yoga training in India at the Himalayan Institute in Allahabad, India. Anjali enjoys teaching students of all ages and abilities; particularlly those with disablities. Spring 2011 she will complete her masters in early childhood education/ special education.

Sallie Werst

Sallie Werst is a certified Zumba instructor living right here in Hollis. She is originally from Merrimack, NH and received a BA in Marketing with a minor in studio art from Pace University in NYC. While in New York, Sallie had the opportunity to pursue her passion for dance and continued to train extensively with renowned instructors. She has studied with Ballet Austin, Central PA Youth Ballet, Ballet Academy East, and STEPS on Broadway where she was introduced to hip-hop at a guest workshop with dancer/choreographer Darrin Henson. After graduating from college, Sallie began teaching jazz and hip hop at Southern NH Dance Theater in Bedford and Monadnock Performing Arts Academy in Peterborough but felt a need to reach those who did not grow up in a dance studio or did not fit into the student demographic. She revisited NYC to attend a Zumba workshop and loved it! It perfectly combined her love of dance and high energy music with fitness and well being.

Monica Holman

Monica has been practicing yoga since 1999. Her love of yoga and desire to share the experience with others inspired her to complete her teacher training in 2006 at Frog Lotus Yoga in North Adams, MA. Monica enjoys guiding students on a journey of their mind, body and spirit. She focuses on anatomy and alignment in the poses as well as the therapeutic benefits students receive in each pose.
