Beginning and Continuing Yoga : Learn the fundamentals of yoga or come to just enjoy a gentle journey to relaxation. In this class we will focus on pranayama (energy & breath work), and alignment of basic and moderate yoga poses. We will incorporate restorative yoga poses with the use of props. Caution...this class may leave you feeling calm yet energized. |

Kids Yoga: Designed for children between the ages of 7 and 10. This class will encourage students to explore and discover their minds, bodies, and breathing in a fun and energetic way. Kids’ yoga also encourages inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being and respect for others; and, a love for one's self, inside and out. Kids’ yoga can be quite beneficial to those whose bodies are still developing. In teaching students’ the poses and stretches, strength, flexibility, coordination, and positive body awareness are promoted. Breathing and visualization techniques help students focus, relax, and develop self-control.

Moderate Flow:Discover your body's potential in this class. We flow through moderate posture sequences, exploring the combined senses of our breath and body through movement. Cultivate the Mind-body connection, rhythms of the universe and discover the divine being that resides in all of us. |

Restorative Yoga: Soften into basic and moderate postures by candle light. A peaceful evening of stretching and toning. Expect extended restorative postures, deep relaxation and restful meditations as we dive into the senses, flow to our natural rhythms and connect to all parts of our being. |

Warm Flow: A moderately heated practice for enhanced flexibility and strength. Deep exploration of poses to detoxify and tone, experience how fighting through our own armor allows our true spirits shine. There is fire in this warm flow! |

PILATES: Pilates like Yoga is a mind-body exercise which can yield
better overall health. The emphasis of Pilates is toning & strengthening
the midsection as well as balancing opposing muscles of the torso and the
limbs. Stott Pilates is based on the principles set by Joseph H. Pilates
(1880-1967) and incorporates modern exercise science & emphasizes neutral
alignment, core stability & peripheral mobility.
